What should I do if I've locked my keys inside my car?
Don't force the door or break a window. Make sure you're somewhere safe, then call or WhatsApp us with your vehicle and location. We can gain entry to your car wherever it is — at the roadside, in a car park, at work or on your driveway.
Can you replace a lost car key?
Yes. We supply replacement car keys and programme them to your vehicle at your location, so you don't need to go back to the main dealer.
Can you make a replacement key if I have no spare?
Yes — losing every key is one of the most common call-outs we get. Get in touch with your vehicle make, model and year and we'll explain what's involved.
Do you offer emergency call-outs?

What information do you need to give me a quote?
Your vehicle make, model and year, where the vehicle is (a postcode is ideal), and what's happened — for example lost keys, keys locked in, or a broken key. A registration number helps too.
